This product has high protein but low fat. It is of rich nutrition, delicious, convenient,
suitable and ideal for either the young or the old to take at home or
on traveling. 

Nutritive compositions: protein more than 50%, carbohydrate 20 - 30%, fat less than
1%, Ca, Zn, Fe and some other trace elements 

Headless and gutless fish fillet was processed with sugar and monosodium glutamate,
salting, figuration making and will be dehydrated in the drying machines to make
the water content less than 20%. It will be stored under 0 or in normal temperature.
The consumers are common people and the shelf life is 6 months.
